Experience with enterprise customers in industries such as aerospace, automotive, or life sciences is essential. Familiarity with HPC simulation software and strong presentation skills are also necessary.
The Customer Success Engineer will lead and execute technical activities throughout the post-sales engagement, including product adoption and customer reviews. They will analyze technical needs and workflows, collaborate on digital transformation strategies, and present Rescale solutions at various events. The role involves gaining a deep understanding of customer workflows to provide tailored solutions and increase customer usage significantly.
