The Senior Vice President, xScale Customer and Revenue should possess extensive leadership experience in sales, business development, or customer success within the data center industry, specifically with hyperscalers. A proven track record of driving revenue growth with key hyperscalers is essential, along with a deep understanding of the data center market and the ability to identify new market opportunities. Strong negotiation skills and experience managing strategic partnerships are also required.
This executive will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive multi-year revenue strategy for xScale, including identifying new market opportunities and customer segments. They will oversee sales engineering teams, strategic negotiations, customer project management, bid management, and partner relationships to drive sales and customer success. The role involves leading a team, ensuring accurate forecasting, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver services and maintain customer satisfaction, while also representing the xScale customer to JV Investors and aligning with other Equinix leaders.
