As the Customer Success Director - Korea, you will lead the rockstar Partner Success team in Korea & Japan, focusing on driving customer adoption, retention, and expansion. You will be responsible for developing and executing customer success strategies, building strong relationships with key clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align customer needs with company objectives, and contribute to the overall growth of Insider’s business in the region.
