Candidates should have 3+ years of related experience, experience with enterprise or strategic level customers preferred, experience managing client relationships in software as a service or technology environments, experience consulting with Fortune 500 companies, and experience in project/change management and organizational development. Strong written and verbal communication skills, a robust organizational and prioritization skillset, and a passion for outstanding customer service are also required, along with working knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Salesforce.
As a Customer Success Director, you will partner with a portfolio of key accounts to develop a strategy for successful adoption, long-term value, and business impact, facilitate ongoing executive meetings to define and proactively drive progress towards desired business metrics and outcomes, lead initiatives with customers to drive positive Net Promoter and candidate experience scores, build broad relationships with key account contacts as well as internal partners on the sales, product, and engineering teams, and partner with the HireVue Strategic Sales team to identify growth and expansion opportunities within your account portfolio. You will also serve as a Subject Matter Expert/Advocate, partnering with customers on HireVue product offerings, best practices & processes, and advocating for customers internally by building and maintaining strong partnerships with the sales, product management, and marketing teams.
