The Customer Success Consultant – Strategic Accounts will serve as a dedicated strategic advisor to a focused portfolio of high-value strategic customers, conducting quarterly Strategic Review meetings, developing and maintaining Success Plans, and providing annual Budget Planning Documents. They will also act as the primary point of contact, collaborating cross-functionally to ensure a seamless customer experience, identifying expansion opportunities, and championing the voice of the customer internally.
