They will collaborate with CSMs on partnership execution, taking initiative to improve the vendor experience. Responsibilities also include supporting CSMs throughout the partnership lifecycle, handling pre-implementation data, and troubleshooting post-implementation requests. Additionally, the associate will assist in preparing training materials for onboarding partners and train the Choco AI model by processing orders before partnership launches.
