The Customer Success Associate will support Customer Success Managers in executing successful implementations for vendor partners, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction. They will collaborate with CSMs on partnership execution, taking initiative to improve the vendor experience. Responsibilities also include supporting CSMs throughout the partnership lifecycle, handling pre-implementation data, and troubleshooting post-implementation requests. Additionally, the associate will assist in preparing training materials for onboarding partners and train the Choco AI model by processing orders before partnership launches.
