The Customer Success Associate will build strong relationships with Helpshift’s SMB and mid-market customers, conduct quarterly business reviews to establish critical goals and key performance indicators, serve as a trusted product expert and strategic advisor, support customers with inquiries regarding billing, data performance, and product information, communicate technical knowledge of the Helpshift platform regarding SDK configurations and dashboard setup, handle customer escalations and find resolutions, and respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours, including high-priority requests throughout the day, evening, and weekend when necessary.
