Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in cybersecurity, specifically within an enterprise environment, and at least 3 years of experience in customer success or technical account management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to understand complex technical ecosystems and translate them into actionable strategies.
As a Customer Success Architect, you will think critically about customer problems, ask questions to understand their technical ecosystem, guide customers through the Xpanse product journey, troubleshoot with customers, review and analyze SOC ecosystems to identify integration opportunities, collect user feedback, and advocate internally for customer needs. You will also collaborate with colleagues to iterate on customer success processes and ensure optimal product adoption and value realization.
