Requirements

Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Architect, you will think critically about customer problems, ask questions to understand their technical ecosystem, guide customers through the Xpanse product journey, troubleshoot with customers, review and analyze SOC ecosystems to identify integration opportunities, collect user feedback, and advocate internally for customer needs. You will also collaborate with colleagues to iterate on customer success processes and ensure optimal product adoption and value realization.
