Candidates should possess at least two years of experience in Customer Success, Solutions Architecture, or Professional Services roles, preferably within a SaaS environment, and a strong technical background with expertise in relevant technologies such as APIs, cloud platforms, and security solutions.
The Customer Success Architect will serve as a technical expert and trusted advisor to customers throughout their lifecycle, collaborating with Customer Success Managers to understand customer goals and develop tailored solution architectures. They will lead technical discovery sessions, assist with onboarding and implementation, provide hands-on technical support, conduct regular technical reviews, advocate for customer needs, and develop training materials and documentation to support customer enablement while staying updated on product enhancements and industry trends.
Security awareness training and phishing simulations
