Requirements

Candidates should have a minimum of 4 years of customer-facing experience in roles such as customer service, customer success, or sales, along with strong technical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) is preferred, and familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk) is an advantage. Applicants must also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, be available to work during East Coast business hours, and have a strong and reliable internet connection, while also aligning with the company’s values and culture.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Analyst, you will manage a portfolio of approximately 40 mid-market customers, ensuring regular engagement through monthly meetings and fostering strong relationships. You will collaborate with account stakeholders to ensure they derive maximum value from the platform, work cross-departmentally to gather customer information, report directly to the Head of Customer Success and Customer Success Lead, and lead initiatives aimed at driving customer engagement and delivering customer value. Additionally, you will gather and relay product feedback to the Head of Customer Success and Head of Product.
