Responsibilities

Develop cross-functional knowledge spanning IT Security, IT Operations, Infrastructure, and Application Portfolio Management practices
Partner with all teams within Illumio (e.g., Sales, Professional Services, Support, Product Management, Engineering, Office of the CTO) to drive a strategic roadmap for customers
Customer Adoption: inspect adoption issues and run specific plans to increase adoption health to ensure customers are wildly successful with Illumio's platform
Renewals: forecast upcoming renewals and manage the process from start to finish, tying adoption health to renewal
Expansion: partner with Sales to identify expansion opportunities and realize expansion sales potential within the portfolio
Identify growth opportunities in the portfolio to improve Net Retention Rate (NRR)
Establish “trusted advisor” relationships with executive stakeholders and technical teams on the customer side
Work with the account team to extend Illumio’s reputation and position as a vendor; establish, confirm, and document the “definition of success” with executive sponsors via quarterly Executive Business Reviews
Build a strategic roadmap for every customer detailing how they should consume and adopt Illumio’s products to meet desired outcomes
Monitor Adoption Health across all accounts in the portfolio
Marshal cross-functional support to onboard a customer quickly and with high quality
Identify product or feature gaps, coordinate responses and timelines with the Product team, and orchestrate delivery
Capture and document Customer Use Cases, value stories, and other information to contribute to ongoing programs
