The Art of Sales - ICX Sales Team

  • Adobe’s ICX sales team is a modern sales force of 400+ digital sellers, supported by analytics and data science teams.
  • We are integrated with the Adobe.com digital marketing & engagement funnel and leverage customer demographic and behavioral data to predict future sales actions.

The Challenge

  • The role involves expanding a team of Account Managers focused on a specific cohort of reseller business to drive revenue growth through strategic cross-selling and upselling initiatives.
  • Account Managers will be responsible for helping customers adopt solutions easily, optimizing their product experience, and guiding them to internal support teams when needed.
  • This role includes nurturing and co-selling with partners, managing the entire account lifecycle, conducting strategic account planning, assessing client needs, and building connections with multiple stakeholders.
