The Customer Success Account Manager will be responsible for expanding a team of Account Managers focused on reseller business, driving revenue growth through strategic cross-selling and upselling initiatives, assisting customers with adopting Adobe solutions, optimizing their product experience, guiding them to internal support teams, nurturing and co-selling with partners, conducting strategic account planning, assessing client needs, and building connections with multiple stakeholders.
