A solid technical background with a firm understanding of modern data warehousing architectures, the analytics stack, and SQL proficiency is required. The role is based in Australia and requires experience with APAC commercial and enterprise customers.
The Customer Solutions Architect will manage a portfolio of customers, monitor account health and product adoption, and identify opportunities for expansion or churn. Responsibilities include improving customer loyalty and retention by building strong relationships with key stakeholders, educating customers on dbt Cloud features, and collaborating with Sales Directors and Solutions Architects. The role also involves acting as the voice of the customer in product discussions, improving internal processes, and creating external-facing content through various channels.
