Requirements

  • Fluency in French and German languages
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, SAP, and online order systems
  • Strong communication skills for proactive, professional, positive, and courteous interactions via email, phone, fax
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functionally with Quality, IT, business units, commercial sales team, central warehouse, and other departments
  • Knowledge of products, inventory levels, special requirements, and promotions

Responsibilities

  • Process all orders received via CRM system (primarily email, also phone, fax, online)
  • Communicate proactively with internal and external customers regarding order status and other topics
  • Review and maintain customers' open orders on a daily basis
  • Investigate and resolve order processing issues, working cross-functionally to resolve customer queries
  • Resolve e-mail, fax, and telephone inquiries on pricing, inventory availability, terms, delivery, or general questions
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accuracy of data maintained on SAP
  • Keep customer account changes up to date and communicate to the commercial sales team
  • Stay up to date on products, inventory levels, special requirements, and promotions to support excellent customer service
  • Communicate regularly with Team Lead on all changes, issues, and potential concerns with customer accounts
  • Share ideas and drive/support continuous improvement
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts across Quality, IT, and other business units
  • Provide admin support for commercial sales team and logistic support for internal/external customers
