  • Experience or exposure to a CRM platform, ideally SAP
  • PC literacy, with competent data entry skills in Excel

Responsibilities

  • Processing and managing orders from validation through to dispute resolution for a portfolio of customers
  • Responding to customer queries and resolving disputes related to deliveries, returns, and pricing via email or phone
  • Collaborating internally within the team and the wider business to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Proposing process improvements and automation opportunities for greater efficiency, while ensuring compliance with all procedures
  • Collaborating with sales teams to address and resolve customer issues
  • Sharing skills and knowledge to foster continuous improvement and team spirit
