Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Manage and process workflow related to customer purchase orders (Fax/Email into Esker, EDI, Salesforce.com)
  • Ensure data accuracy of all sales order information entered into SAP ERP system
  • Manage incoming requests from functional mailboxes, review/respond to emails professionally with accurate information and timely follow-ups
  • Collaborate with Master Data, Purchasing, Finance, Sales/Marketing, Distribution Centers on allocations, returns/credits, and order issues
  • Investigate and resolve escalated orders from Esker, SAP, and Salesforce.com; elevate to SME/Team Lead if necessary
  • Generate reports (e.g., open orders, billing block, error trending)
  • Collaborate with Team Lead/Supervisor and SME on continuous improvement and process efficiencies
  • Execute assigned tasks and/or projects
  • Maintain knowledge of Abbott Systems (SAP, Esker, Agile, Metro, LERN, SharePoint) to provide accurate information and follow guidelines
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with internal and external customers
  • Execute applicable Quality System processes
  • Support Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) compliance
  • Adhere to all procedures and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Other duties as assigned
