Customer Service and Rebate Processing Supervisor

Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to type 45 words per minute. Previous experience with Microsoft Office Suite/Office 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, OneNote, and OneDrive, is required, along with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients and applicants.
The Customer Service Representative will communicate with clients and applicants via phone, email, and chat queues, providing information about products and services, obtaining details on complaints and requests, and processing requests with accuracy and efficiency. They will also analyze and interpret information received from callers using deductive and inductive reasoning skills to determine the best solution, record details of all calls and tasks into the CRM tool, communicate with supervisors and peers regarding caller requests, provide tutorials and guidance on proprietary systems, and meet Accurate Background’s quality standards for services by adhering to client guidelines, regulations, policies, and procedures. Additionally, they will contribute to team efforts in maintaining service level agreements (SLA) and perform other related duties as needed.
