Requirements

  • Minimaal een afgeronde MBO opleiding; bij voorkeur bedrijfsadministratie of verkoop
  • Minstens 2 jaar werkervaring in het ondersteunen van klanten, bij voorkeur op een customer service afdeling
  • Bij voorkeur relevante ervaring met het werken in SAP en CRM
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel Nederlands als Engels
  • In staat om bij hoge werkdruk prioriteiten te stellen
  • Initiatiefrijk en oplossingsgericht
  • Persoonskenmerken: hands-on, accuraat, hoge zelfmotivatie, klantgericht, commercieel, verantwoordelijk, stressbestendig, coöperatieve instelling en een teamplayer
  • Beschikbaar voor 40 uur per week

Responsibilities

  • Verwerken en coördineren van verkooporders/bestellingen en claims vanaf orderinvoer tot uiteindelijke levering
  • Afhandelen van vragen van klanten omtrent prijzen, beschikbaarheid, stalen en testresultaten
  • Onderhouden van contact met klanten over productbeschikbaarheid, proactief alternatieven aanbieden en additionele verkopen stimuleren
  • Voorzien van klanten van informatie over bestellingen, voorraad, transport, prijzen, productinformatie, monsters (stalen) en claims
  • Proactief orderboekbeheer uitvoeren
  • Orders begeleiden van A tot Z, vanaf bestelling tot oplevering aan (bouw)projecten
  • Kostenbewust omgaan met transportmogelijkheden
  • Fungeren als sleutelfiguur tussen klanten, sales, administratie en fabrieken, met focus op optimale klanttevredenheid en customer journey
  • Telefonisch en per e-mail orders afhandelen, stalen aanvragen en klantvragen beantwoorden in SAP en CRM
