Requirements

Candidates must have 4+ years of experience in customer service within custom corrugated packaging and be proficient in Amtech, CAD, and Microsoft Office Suite. A strong understanding of custom corrugate workflows, including tooling, routing, and spec creation, is required, along with the ability to interpret CAD drawings and translate them into accurate Amtech specs. Excellent communication, organizational skills, and an understanding of business math, including costing and freight calculations, are essential. Applicants without Amtech experience will not be considered.

Responsibilities

The Customer Service Representative will manage customer relationships, coordinate order specifications, and ensure accurate system setup in Amtech for custom corrugated packaging operations. Responsibilities include receiving and processing purchase orders, collaborating with sales to gather necessary documentation, and maintaining spec integrity. They will build and manage specs in Amtech, generate customer quotes, coordinate with vendors for cutting dies and print plates, and work with production managers to ensure spec accuracy. The role also involves maintaining tracking spreadsheets, acting as a point of contact for customer issues, and providing proactive updates throughout the order lifecycle.
