Preferred qualifications include over 1 year of customer service experience in a contact center environment and Microsoft Office experience.
The Customer Service Representative will create connections with customers by helping with their benefits and claims to improve their health and well-being. They will be responsible for educating customers about their benefits and claims, resolving issues, and directing them to helpful resources. This role involves actively listening to customers, understanding their needs, providing guidance and support, and anticipating customer needs with proactive solutions. Responsibilities also include collaborating with team members, documenting all customer correspondence and maintaining confidential records, and following policies and procedures.
