They must also have strong communication skills, enabling them to clearly convey information and assist customers effectively, and the ability to multitask and maintain organization within a busy environment. A reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace are required for remote work, and previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
The Customer Service Representative will handle incoming orders over the phone in a fast-paced environment, assist customers with order inquiries, menu questions, and product recommendations, process orders accurately using the company's custom POS system, manage a basic online phone system for customer interactions, maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with customers to ensure excellent service, and ensure customer satisfaction by promptly addressing concerns, issues, and order requests.
