We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team and help us manage new orders. If you have excellent phone skills, solid computer abilities, and a passion for customer service, this role is perfect for you!

Requirements

  • Excellent phone skills: You must be comfortable speaking with customers and handling a high volume of calls.
  • Good computer skills: Experience with basic POS systems is a plus (training will be provided).
  • Strong communication skills: Able to clearly convey information and assist customers effectively.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized: In a busy environment.
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace: For remote work.
  • Previous customer service experience: Preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming orders over the phone in a fast-paced environment.
  • Assist customers with order inquiries, menu questions, and product recommendations.
  • Process orders accurately using our custom POS system (training provided).
  • Manage a basic online phone system for customer interactions.
  • Maintain a positive, professional demeanor while interacting with customers to ensure excellent service.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns, issues, and order requests promptly and efficiently.
