They will contact customers for credit card information and purchase orders, obtain missing information and documents, and communicate with customers about test statuses and service issues. The representative will explain procedures and policies to customers, record significant information in client files and laboratory systems, coordinate with the shipping department for satisfactory shipping methods, provide tracking information upon request, and assist with weekly invoice approvals.
