Candidates must possess at least one year of customer service or call center experience, a high school diploma or GED, excellent telephone etiquette, good typing skills at 25 WPM with 95% accuracy, and excellent planning and organizational skills. Furthermore, candidates must be bilingual in both Spanish and English.
The Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Initial Loss will serve as the first point of contact for customers regarding claims, receive incoming calls, enter information into the claims system initiating the claims handling process, answer customer questions, and provide information or direct requests to appropriate departments as necessary. They will also participate in a paid state-of-the-art training program to prepare for the role and ensure success.
