Individuals who reside in Alaska, California, Colorado, Montana, New York, Nevada, and Rhode Island are not eligible for this remote role.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Customer Engagement: Interact with customers through various channels (email, phone, chat) to offer comprehensive support and guidance.
  • Personalized Assistance: Become a trusted advisor by understanding each customer's unique needs and recommending tailored insurance solutions. Your ability to empathize and offer personalized advice will empower customers to make informed decisions.
  • Sales and Renewal Support: Recognize opportunities to promote additional insurance products or policy upgrades based on customers' needs. Make recommendations to help customers navigate their policy renewal as seamlessly as possible by re-shopping their policy in our marketplace.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional and external teams, including sales, underwriters, quoting specialists, and more, to resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and solution-oriented approach.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Insurance Experience: 1-2 years of P&C experience; P&C license required
  • Exceptional Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Your ability to actively listen, empathize, and articulate solutions will be key in delivering top-notch service.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: A genuine passion for assisting others and a commitment to putting the customer first are crucial attributes for success in this role.
  • Sales Acumen: An understanding of sales principles and the ability to identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell insurance products will be advantageous.
  • Eagerness to Learn: A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
