Requirements

  • Higher diploma degree or above
  • 2 years experiences in Call Centre/Customer Service/Sales Support (preferred)
  • Passed IIQE Paper 1 & 2 (advantage)
  • Strong communication skills in English and Cantonese; ability to speak Putonghua (advantage)
  • Excellent written manners in both English and Chinese
  • PC literate and able to type fast
  • Able to work independently and be a good team player
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management, ability to prioritize issues, support multiple tasks and be responsive
