Requirements

Candidates should possess at least one year of customer service, support, or call center experience, and demonstrate extensive verbal communication skills. Professional Spanish language proficiency is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

The Customer Service Associate will professionally answer inbound calls, chats, and emails from customers, assisting with complaints, errors, account questions, payment processing, refunds, and other inquiries. They will follow up with customers regarding further research or resolution, communicate customer feedback to internal stakeholders to improve Relay’s product offerings, greet customers with empathy and warmth, review and record important customer information, and work with team leadership to ensure effective customer service is delivered. They will also resolve product or service issues by listening to the customer, empathizing, reacting to resolve or escalate, and notifying stakeholders.
