Candidates should possess a high school diploma or GED, and a minimum of one year of experience in a call center or sales environment. Strong research, investigation, and problem resolution skills are required, along with Spanish bilingual fluency in a business setting. Applicants must also have excellent verbal, written, and typing communication skills.
The Remote Call Center - Customer Service Business Sales Rep will respond to inbound calls from business customers inquiring about Republic Services products and services, build customer and brand loyalty by addressing inquiries and handling customer needs with professionalism, and create customized solutions to acquire new business utilizing sales training and mentorship. They will proactively promote Republic Services products and services to existing customers, provide sales support, perform sales retention, and meet or exceed performance metrics around customer experience, sales activity, and sales revenue. Additionally, the role may involve assisting the sales team focused on Residential customers, exemplifying quality, productivity, and efficiency, and performing other job-related duties as assigned.
