Requirements

Candidates should possess at least two years of experience in a customer-facing role within a software company, along with a minimum of two years of experience in the legal industry, such as a paralegal, office administrator, or legal clerk. Prior experience utilizing Docketwise is preferred, and the ability to clearly communicate technical information is essential. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish/English is greatly preferred.

Responsibilities

The Solutions Consultant will partner with the sales team to understand customer needs, strategize sales cycles, provide compelling demonstrations, support trial management, and ultimately close business. They will articulate the overall AffiniPay value proposition, craft custom demonstrations, own product engagement during the trial phase, serve as a central point of contact for the sales team regarding product and business fit, deliver product demonstrations, maintain accurate customer notes in CRM, proactively engage with customers and technical teams, and train the sales team on demo techniques.
