Customer Service & Marketing Assistant - Car Leasing

Position Overview

We are seeking a tech-savvy, detail-oriented car enthusiast to join our dynamic car leasing business as a Customer Service & Marketing Assistant. This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys discussing cars, excels at helping people, and thrives in a collaborative remote environment.

Responsibilities

  • Respond professionally to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, providing timely updates and support.
  • Collaborate with the team using Asana to manage and complete tasks.
  • Design creative car lease ads in Canva using dealership images and pricing sheets.
  • Use Xdesk Pro to calculate monthly car pricing and finance estimates based on term lengths and mileage caps.
  • Maintain and update vehicle listings and pricing across relevant platforms.
  • Coordinate with internal staff and licensed insurance contacts for smooth transaction processing.
  • Engage with customers about cars, features, and leasing options with genuine enthusiasm and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with (or ability to quickly learn) Asana, Canva, and Xdesk Pro.
  • Outstanding written communication skills with a courteous and professional tone.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask chats and tasks.
  • Previous experience in customer service and/or digital marketing is a plus.
  • A passion for cars is a must – bonus points for genuine enthusiasm in discussing them.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Comfortable with limited calling duties (insurance calls are handled by licensed staff).

    • Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Eastern Time)
    • Friday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Eastern Time)
