Candidates must possess a minimum of 2 years of management experience leading machine learning-focused teams, at least 6 years of experience working with machine learning models at scale, and a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch. Furthermore, they should demonstrate proven expertise in the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, including training, evaluation, and deployment of large-scale models, with experience in ads or engagement modeling being a plus, particularly with a focus on media interactions.
As the Machine Learning Manager - Ads Engagement Modeling, the individual will set a technical vision and strategy for engagement modeling, driving technical execution throughout the model development lifecycle, leading and mentoring a high-performing team of ML talent, collaborating cross-functionally with Product Managers, Data Scientists, and other engineering teams, and innovating in ML architecture by implementing and optimizing model architectures tailored for engagement prediction, leveraging deep learning and advanced machine learning techniques.
