  • At least 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably with a client in the car rental industry

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding and exceptional customer service
  • Handle rental customer queries and bill queries
  • Support customers with rental bookings, changes, or cancellations
  • Deliver prompt and professional solutions for customer inquiries via phone (GoTo Softphone PC App) and online chat (ZenDesk), etc
  • Direct or route customer calls to appropriate personnel for assistance
  • Provide feedback to managers on customer service issues to branches
  • Increase feedback and star ratings for all branches
