Adaptability and flexibility regarding work hours, as well as impeccable phone and computer skills, are also required. Prior staffing or healthcare experience will be considered an added benefit, and applicants must be South African citizens.
The Customer Service Agent will answer incoming calls, resolve client and nurse queries within the after-hours scope, provide timely responses via the texting platform, notify clients and replace caregiver callouts, confirm caregivers before shifts, perform initial intake for potential service users, document all scenarios on the platform, update caregiver schedules, and handle non-urgent administrative projects.
