The role starts with 6 weeks of classroom-based training on-site from 09:00AM - 17:30PM, then transitions to a hybrid model with 2 days per week in the office (Monday and Tuesday). It follows a rotational shift pattern Monday to Saturday between 8am and 7:15pm.
Candidates need experience delivering outstanding customer experiences, working in a target environment, and a high level of resilience in customer communications. Previous call center experience is preferable.
