  • Support customers with queries through inbound telephone calls, emails or live webchat facility
  • Complete an average of 25-30 customer calls per day

  • Understand regulatory requirements and remain compliant
  • Continue to develop knowledge

What is the work arrangement for this role?

The role starts with 6 weeks of classroom-based training on-site from 09:00AM - 17:30PM, then transitions to a hybrid model with 2 days per week in the office (Monday and Tuesday). It follows a rotational shift pattern Monday to Saturday between 8am and 7:15pm.
