Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service by answering inbound phone calls and supporting Fidelity’s valued clients
  • Assist with a broad range of client needs, including trade requests, money movement, online support, and more
  • Prepare for and obtain FINRA SIE®, Series 7, and Series 63 licenses (fully sponsored by Fidelity, including paid study time, resources, coaches, and workshops)
  • Develop and practice new skills in handling more complex customer calls
  • Dedicate time each week to connect with team, meet with leader, and expand network
  • Gain proficiency in serving customers and explore new career paths through job shadowing and career center activities
