Responsibilities
- Etablera och genomföra projekt i enlighet med avtalet mellan kund och Telia på ett effektivt sätt
- Leda projekt som omfattar Telias hela utbud av tjänster och produkter (t.ex. molnbaserade växeltjänster, fakturering, support, datakommunikation och större kommunikationslösningar)
- Hantera kundens förväntningar och bygga kundrelationer
- Identifiera och genomföra merförsäljning vid möjligheter
- Ansvara för budget (insatstid), omfattning och löptid
- Samarbeta inom Telias organisation i Sverige och internationellt vid behov
- Delta i utveckling av arbetssätt inom teamet
