Responsibilities

The Customer Operations Specialist will process timesheets from customers to accurately generate invoices for business clients and create/maintain custom reports related to invoicing, timesheets, and payroll adjustments. They will collaborate with the business operations team to improve administrative workflows, address and resolve support issues related to invoicing and timesheet discrepancies, and ensure compliance with internal and customer systems and standard operating procedures. The role also involves identifying opportunities for process enhancements and assisting with the development of SOPs to streamline internal payment processes and invoicing accuracy.
