Responsibilities

  • Create a working account plan including strategies/tactics to increase profitable revenue, account penetration, and engagement points (including manufacturing, engineering, and sustaining services)
  • Develop innovative and creative solutions to differentiate Plexus service offerings with customers
  • Successfully execute account plans while engaging the broader Plexus organization, improving customer satisfaction and "stickiness."
  • Ensure Plexus meets or exceeds customer expectations; advocate for customer needs within Plexus and represent Plexus’ needs to the customer
  • Translate customer needs and interests into actions that meet or exceed satisfaction goals and create mutual benefit
  • Lead a cross-functional Plexus team to meet or exceed customer expectations and needs
  • Increase Plexus’ revenue and profitability by establishing clearly defined financial objectives and proactively managing the customer P&L in partnership with manufacturing and engineering
  • Build and develop multi-level relationships, including executive level, with customers and internally
