The Customer Implementation Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for new customers during the onboarding and expansion phase, developing a deep understanding of their business needs and creating tailored implementation plans. This includes configuring solutions, conducting training, proactively monitoring progress, resolving issues, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to the continuous improvement of the implementation process. They will also align with business development teams, work cross-functionally with internal teams, and ensure a cohesive customer experience.
