Responsibilities

  • Het ondersteunen van het Customer Success Team bij de implementatie en begeleiding van de uitrol van de App. in operatiekamers
  • Samenwerken met klanten (key users) om hun workflows te begrijpen en deze te vertalen naar praktische technische oplossingen in de app
  • Trainen en ondersteunen van eindgebruikers van het product
  • Zorgen voor datakwaliteit en nauwkeurigheid in de Incision Assist-app
  • Beoordelen van aangeleverde medische content en werkinstructies om de meerwaarde voor onze klanten te maximaliseren
  • Cross-functioneel samenwerken met Product, Customer Success en content om de app en oplossingen te verbeteren
  • Internationaal reizen (voornamelijk binnen de Benelux) voor training, ondersteuning en projectuitvoering
