Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of experience in customer success, implementation, or account management, with a strong understanding of SaaS business models and enterprise software deployments. Experience in the benefits or HR technology industry is highly preferred, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Implementation Manager, you will own and lead end-to-end implementation of Forma for new customers, guiding them from post-sales onboarding through successful program launch, including upsell and expansion initiatives for existing clients. You will act as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, collaborating closely with key stakeholders in HR Benefits, Payroll, HRIS, IT, and Finance to ensure a seamless and effective implementation experience. You will conduct thorough needs assessments, develop and manage project plans, and deliver training materials to facilitate a smooth client transition onto Forma.
