Requirements

  • Several years of experience in customer service and enjoys interacting with many different people daily
  • Professional attitude with high quality level, result- and patient-oriented work style, empathetic approach to patients and partners, and passion for helping others
  • Very detail-oriented, as handling orders for life-critical treatments
  • Good IT skills and knowledge of SAP, preferably sales and delivery modules
  • Not intimidated by numbers, statistics, and data processing
  • Knowledge of GDP (Good Distribution Practice)
  • Good prioritization and coordination skills, able to maintain overview
  • Able to handle a workday where tasks may be reprioritized on short notice
  • Fluent in speaking and writing Danish and English
  • Team player with a "can-do" attitude, able to work independently, high drive, thrives in a dynamic environment with deadlines and high pace, maintains overview under pressure

Responsibilities

  • Handle phone and electronic order reception from patients
  • Follow up on daily orders, inbound and outbound
  • Respond to inquiries from hospitals, patients, and technicians via phone and email
  • Handle return orders and crediting
  • Pack/ship HD & PD equipment, small parts, and rental equipment
  • Work with GDP (Good Distribution Practice) related tasks
