Responsibilities

This role involves engaging with assigned or targeted customer organizations, establishing technical and business credibility, and cultivating relationships to envision creative sales and solution strategies. The Customer Engineer will oversee holistic solutions from both business and technical perspectives, organizing and leading technical customer needs identification and scoping calls, and driving the EAD process. They will lead the creation of customer-specific services and technology solutions, coordinating delivery and project management resources, integrating partner technology, and producing the client-facing statement of work. Furthermore, they will create and cultivate key trusted-advisor relationships with senior-level IT executives, demonstrating an understanding of business challenges and how company solutions can address those needs, and own the technical, services, and architecture agenda for named customers.
