Candidates must possess a minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent, and a Bachelor’s degree is preferred. They should have at least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, warranty experience, or a related field, along with a valid driver’s license. Strong customer service orientation, exceptional communication skills, and basic construction knowledge are also required.
The Customer Care Manager II will conduct in-person homeowner assessments, determine the need for corrective work orders, lead root-cause analysis, schedule and organize service work, manage trades to completion, perform minor service-related tasks, establish and maintain positive customer relationships, confirm build quality before delivery, determine trade accountability, authorize payments, follow legal protocol, drive repeat and referral business through customer satisfaction, and perform other duties as assigned. They will also be responsible for managing warranty/customer service processes and resolving customer concerns effectively.
