Responsibilities

The Provider Engagement Professional 2 will develop and grow positive, long-term relationships with physicians, providers, and healthcare systems to support and improve financial and quality performance within contracted working relationships. They will represent the scope of the health plan/provider relationship across various areas including financial performance, incentive programs, quality, and clinical management, and make decisions regarding their own work methods with minimal direction. The role involves monitoring and interpreting changes in employment legislation, conducting audits, delivering training, advising management on risk mitigation, and contributing to operational improvements related to provider performance and member experience.
