Responsibilities

The Customer Care Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for strategic revenue customer accounts, managing their technical, operational, and escalated issues from order origination through revenue assurance. Responsibilities include proactively managing customer needs to ensure satisfaction, promoting revenue growth and retention, providing support and coordination for client and service delivery processes, and acting as an escalation point for customer inquiries. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to execute the customer journey, delivering data and feedback on performance issues, conducting client business reviews, supporting service assurance, and initiating mitigation strategies to optimize customer solution delivery.
