Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 3 years of customer service and/or sales experience, with previous solar customer service or sales experience being highly desired. Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to demonstrate patience, empathy, and strong listening skills. Embracing change and flexibility, and possessing a proven track record of reliability and a strong work ethic are also required.

Responsibilities

The Customer Care Advisor will represent GoodLeap as a subject matter expert during customer calls, providing exceptional customer service and support through effective verbal and written communication. They will offer additional GoodLeap products to customers, update systems with detailed customer interactions, handle issues with diplomacy, escalate concerns to management, and complete other tasks as assigned by their supervisor.
