The Customer Assist Consultant will handle and respond to customer inquiries via email and phone across multiple company brands, build and maintain positive customer relationships, guide customers through account management processes, address queries and resolve issues related to account changes, contract terms, and claims processing, oversee the ‘in-life’ cycle of customer accounts, comply with company policies and procedures, maintain accurate records of customer interactions, work closely with internal teams to manage queries and ensure timely responses, escalate complex queries as needed, coordinate account setups and closures, provide feedback for team improvement, develop and maintain Knowledge Hub content, and participate in company events.
