Responsibilities

The Customer Advocate will drive revenue by identifying buying signals, providing persuasive product insights, and converting customer interest into sales through live chat. They will ensure client satisfaction and success, manage the sales conversation from inquiry to conversion, and proactively upsell and cross-sell relevant product features. Responsibilities include meeting performance targets such as chat-to-close rates and revenue quotas, responding promptly to inquiries via chat and email, and capturing opportunities identified during support interactions. Additionally, the role involves acting as the customer's internal advocate by collaborating with Product and Sales teams to enhance the customer experience.
