Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, along with at least 1 year of direct sales or account management experience, and experience in Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, or Claims Insurance. They should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a growth mindset, and the ability to manage change and embrace continuous learning.
The Cross Markets Account Manager will be responsible for growing revenue through the sale of LexisNexis Risk Solutions products to existing and new customers, providing excellent customer service by managing objections, setting expectations, negotiating pricing and contracts, and closing sales. They will evaluate existing relationships, establish and maintain customer relationships, act as a liaison between sales support and customers, demonstrate a clear understanding of insurance products, and meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue objectives.
