The Agency Success Manager will be responsible for engaging with existing Openly Agent Partners to enhance sales results, support agents with marketing campaigns, create and implement strategies to increase new business production, and collaborate with Business Development Managers on larger agency appointments. This role also involves managing assigned territory to drive profitable growth, analyzing territory trends, and ensuring a positive agent experience through collaboration with other Openly functions.
